Its been 38 years since he last played tennis for Emporia State. Les Stafford has now returned to become the Head mens and womens tennis coach.
Stafford qualified for nationals in all 4 of his years playing for Emporia State. He says he wants to bring those type of players to Emporia State.
The last 15 years Stafford has been the head tennis pro at Crestview Country Club in Wichita. Before that he was the head womens tennis coach at Wichita State.
