Regardless of future Dirty Kanza 200 finishes, Colin Strickland will always have a place in DK history.
Strickland, of Austin, Texas, set the race’s first sub-10-hour time by finishing in 9 hours, 58 minutes, 49 seconds. That topped Ted King’s 2018 finish of 10:44:22.
In fact, the top four finishers have all bested King’s prior record.
