Two new winners and two new records for the Dirty Kanza XL and 200 Saturday.
Jay Petervary of Victor, Idaho won the DK XL with a new record time of 22 hours 31 minutes.
Lael Wilcox of Anchorage, Alaska was the first female to finish, she finished 6th overall. Ryan Balkenhol was the first Emporian to finish, he finished in 24th place.
Colin Strickland of Austin, Texas was the winner of the DK 200. He finished with a time of 9 hours 58 minutes, a new record.
Amity Rockwell of San Francisco, California was the first female to finish the DK 200. Corey Smith and Adam Galindo were the first riders from Emporia to cross the finish line, they finished in 141st place.

Dirty Kanza activities officially came to an end with the Rock Star Breakfast from 8-9 am Sunday at The Granada Theatre.
