Suspect added to Lyon County’s Most Wanted list

The Lyon County Most Wanted list is expanding.

Tony Ray Smith, 60, is now sought on suspicion of violating the Kansas Offender Registration Act. He was convicted in Lyon County on an aggravated battery charge in 2014, although authorities have not connected the conviction to the alleged offender registry violation.

Smith is a white male, 6-foot tall, 155 pounds, with dark but graying hair. He has tattoos on his chest, shoulders and right thigh.
