First court appearances are planned Thursday for two men accused of robbery.
Lyon County Attorney Marc Goodman says Daniel McClead, 22, and Gustavo Perez-Garcia, 36, each face three sets of aggravated robbery and conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery charges. Those reflect alleged robberies earlier this month, including Casey’s on South Commerical on June 5, again at Casey’s early Sunday and at Angelina’s Fashion late Sunday.
Perez-Garcia was arrested Monday, while McClead was arrested Tuesday. Court affidavits, the law enforcement narratives on what allegedly happened, are pending at this time.
First appearances are set officially for 12:45 pm in Lyon County District Court.
