One man faces a first court appearance Thursday on suspicion of illegal sexual activity.
Lucio Meza-Oliva, 44, has been charged with single counts of indecent solicitation, indecent liberties and aggravated witness intimidation for alleged acts against a 16-year-old child. Case details have not been announced.
The first appearance is at 12:45 pm in Lyon County District Court.
