A man accused of illegal sexual activity involving a minor now has a preliminary hearing scheduled for next month.
44-year-old Lucio Meza-Oliva had his first appearance in Lyon County District Court Thursday afternoon. A preliminary hearing date has been set for July 17, at 10 am.
Meza-Oliva has been charged with single counts of indecent solicitation, indecent liberties and aggravated witness intimidation for alleged acts against a 16-year-old child. Case details have not been announced. An attorney review hearing has been set for June 22.
