The US Amateur Match Play PDGA Championship was held in Emporia over the weekend. 51 Disc Golfers played in the tournament. David Garb of Arlington Heights, Illinois won the tournament with 16 under par. Kevin Shaffer of Emporia Finished in a tie for 5th place with a 9 under par.
The Junior Disc Golf World Championship will be played in Emporia beginning July 9th.
