A Lebo woman and two Osage County residents are among five people recently arrested as part of an investigation into a burglary near Pomona Lake.
The Osage County Sheriff’s Office says an investigation was launched June 13 after a residential burglary and theft at 23000 South Kansas Highway 368, just south of the lake. All five suspects allegedly involved were arrested this past Thursday:
*Trevor Donley, age 29, from Scranton
*Brian Hughes, age 22, from Topeka
*Brytani Lyda, age 25, from Lebo
*Brandon Naylor, age 33, from Topeka
*Summer Self, age 32, from Vassar
Additional details about the initial incident and resulting investigation have not been released.
The Sheriff’s Office says the suspects had a total of six outstanding warrants either through the Kansas Department of Corrections, Osage County or other court jurisdictions. Photos are online at KVOE.com.
Separately, the Sheriff’s Office is now investigating a string of vehicle burglary reports in Overbrook from Sunday night and in Melvern from June 20. Details are pending.
The Sheriff’s Office encourages victims with video cameras to call the 785-828-3121. Folks with information about these crimes are also told to call Osage County Crimestoppers at 877-OS-CRIME.
