A 2 run home run in the bottom of the 9th by Danny Jansen gave the Toronto Blue Jays a 7-5 walk-off win over the Kansas City Royals Saturday.
The Royals scored 2 runs in the 1st inning added a run in the 4th on a Martin Maldonado home run and scored a run in the top of the 5th to take a 4-1 lead. Torontos’ Cavan Biggio hit a grand slam in the bottom of the 5th to give the Blue Jays a 5-4 lead. The Royals tied the game in the top of the 9th.
The Royals and Blue Jays play again Sunday afternoon. Brad Keller will be on the mound for the Royals. First pitch is set for 12:07p.
