Emporia Police officers continue their investigation into Monday’s fatality accident near West Sixth and Lantern Lane.
Additional details may be finalized over the next two weeks as reports are compiled.
Hayden Miller of Emporia fell out of a pickup around 7 am Monday. The pickup rolled over him, killing the 20-year-old.
Police have not released the name of the driver or given an expanded accident narrative since releasing initial details Tuesday.
