Following the Lyon County Highway Department’s announcement earlier in the week that several county roadways have been reopened, the department has now also released a lengthy list of roads requiring repair work.
According to the Lyon County Highway Department the following roads are in need of repair due to the recent flooding areawide:
Road “D2” from 155 to 160
Road “G” & “G5” South of 160
Road “K” from 245 to 265
Road “K” from 140 to 155
Road “S” from 130 to 167
Road “T5” & “U” both West of Olpe/Hartford Road (70/75)
Road “U” South of 165
“V7” from 135 to 145
Road “W” from 120 to 135
Road 70 from “T” to “U”
Road 135 from “V5” to “W”
Road 140 from “P” to “R”
Road 147 West of Road “M” (this is a dirt road)
Road 155 “K” to Hwy. 99
Road 155 from “F5” to “G”
Road 155 from “D” to D2”
Road 167 from “R” to “S”
The Highway Department also reports Road 80 between Y5 and Z and Road Z from 80 to 100 remain closed.
