Sentencing is coming Thursday for a man convicted earlier this year of kidnapping and other charges.
Will Anderson is one of four defendants charged with the kidnapping and beating of an individual over several days last September. In April, he was convicted on charges of aggravated kidnapping, aggravated battery, theft, robbery, burglary and drug possession. Sentencing is set for 9 am.
Anderson is one of two defendants in the case awaiting sentencing, with Ivan Murillo awaiting his sentence July 31.
Stacy Steen received over 12 years in prison for her involvement in the case after pleading no contest to aggravated kidnapping, while Brandon Villa was sentenced to probation for attempted marijuana distribution after being originally charged with kidnapping.
