Emporia State football held their first of 2 showcase camps Thursday. Over 100 athletes from Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Nebraska and Texas were in attendance.
A second showcase camp for those in grades 10-12 will be held next Thursday, July 25.
Emporia State will hold a rookie camp for those in grades 3 thru 8 this coming Monday and Tuesday, July 22 and 23. Assistant Coach Nathan Linsey says it will be a very basic camp.
