The Cleveland Indians rallied for a 5-4 win over the Kansas City Royals Sunday.
The Royals scored a run in the first inning on a Cheslor Cuthbert double. Jorge Soler hit a home run in the 3rd. Cleveland tied the game in the bottom of the 3rd. Then scored 3 runs in the 6th inning. The Royals scored a single run in the 8th on a Cheslor Cuthbert single and Bubba Starling hit his first major league home run in the 9th. But it was not enough. Manager Ned Yost said there were positives.
The Royals are off Monday. They begin a 2 game series in Atlanta Tuesday.
