Barring a last-minute change, an area man will go on trial Monday on charges of sexual assault.
Brandon Lee Scoville, age 21 of Cottonwood Falls, is set for jury trial. He’s formally accused of one count of rape and two counts of aggravated criminal sodomy against a then-19-year-old woman as part of an incident in early November 2018.
Additional details about the case have not been announced. The affidavit is currently sealed.
