Youths across the KVOE listening area are encouraged to take part in a brand new sports venture.
Dynamic Discs is organizing a junior disc golf league, and the first meeting is Tuesday. Community Relations Director Jake Key says a lot is in store for kids.
Activities start at Hammond Park at 5:30 pm. Kids from ages 6-17 are welcome to participate, and Key also encourages parents to get involved and learn more about the sport. Participants also have a chance to win free starter packs.
The league will meet every Tuesday until Dec. 17 and is free of charge. For more information, email community@dynamicdiscs.com.
