The Lyon County Planning and Appeals Board has several items on the agenda for its monthly meeting Wednesday.
Board members will consider a rezoning request in the 1500 block of Road 200. It will also discuss recommendations for declaring minimum maintenance roads.
In other business, the board will review the pre-final draft of zoning regulations as the city of Emporia and Lyon County continue work on PlanELC, a major revision to city-county zoning regulations underway the last several years. There is also a request for a text change to the Joint Comprehensive Plan.
The meeting starts at 7 pm at the Courthouse Annex.
