Emporia’s Human Relations Commission is meeting Monday evening.
One of the key points of discussion is the possible designation of a public storm shelter. Separate business items include some code revision possibilities for various minimum housing issues, loose stones and a trash container at the Peter Pan Park memorial area and downtown benches.
