An Emporia man faces a competency review hearing as his drug distribution case continues in Lyon County District Court.
Raul Magallanez faces charges of marijuana distribution and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture, plant or cultivate. He was originally charged in October 2018 after he was allegedly found with marijuana in his car as part of an ongoing Emporia Police investigation against another Emporia man.
The review hearing is at 9:30 am Wednesday.
