A motions hearing is coming Wednesday in a local business burglary case.
Nicholas Allen Hall already has potential trial dates of Oct. 28 or Dec. 12 for alleged involvement in the TP Jewelry and Pawn burglary May 9 and the Kari’s Diamonds burglary May 16 — as well as incidents the Mr. G’s Car Wash at 716 East 12th on May 10 and Giefer’s Car Wash, 101 South Commercial, on May 16.
Hall is accused of burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, theft and criminal damage after the TP Jewelry and Kari’s incidents. He’s facing attempted burglary counts related to the Giefer Car Wash and Mr. G’s Car Wash incidents.
Co-defendant Lesli Fontenot will have a preliminary hearing Sept. 10 on burglary, conspiracy, attempted burglary and other charges for the TP Jewelry, Kari’s Diamonds and Giefer’s Car Wash incidents.
Hall’s motions hearing is at 11 am in Lyon County District Court.
