Lyon County commissioners have infrastructure matters to consider when they have their action meeting Thursday.
Emergency Management Director Jarrod Fell will present a plan to pay Haden Tower up to $400,000 to erect infrastructure buildings at three radio tower sites. He will present a separate agenda item for commissioners to sign a lease for Westar Energy’s Lang substation.
Separately, Community Corrections Director Steven Willis has budgetary matters to present, including the adult and juvenile reimbursement budgets for the Kansas Department of Corrections and the submission of the federal Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant.
Four executive sessions are planned, two for legal matters and two for non-elected personnel.
The meeting starts at 8 am Thursday in the County Courthouse.
