The Emporia State volleyball team opens their season Friday, they will be playing in the Washburn Invitational.
Their first opponent will be Drury. They will also play William Jewell. Junior Yuchen Du says this weekend will be more about building team unity.
The Lady Hornets will play Central Washington and Quincy on Saturday.
