The High School football season kicks-off Friday night. Emporia High will be on the road for a Centennial League showdown at Washburn Rural.

Kick-off is set for 7pm with coverage beginning at 6:35p on KVOE 1400AM/96.9FM.

The featured game on Country 101.7 has Osage City playing Northern Heights in a Flint Hills league showdown.
