Federal Communications Commission Chair Ajit Pai is coming to Emporia on Thursday.
Pai will be the featured guest at a special roundtable discussion on broadband internet access at Emporia State University. The discussion will focus on the role of broadband in rural economic development and will also include broadband providers, community leaders and ESU administrators.
The roundtable is organized by the office of Congressman Roger Marshall. It will take place from 4:30-5:30 pm Thursday at Emporia State’s Cremer Hall School of Business.
