The Emporia State mens cross country team finished in 5th place and the women in 15th place at the Missouri Southern Stampede Saturday.
The men were led by Matthew Maki who finished in 40th place. Gabe Sams finished in 47th place.
The women were led by Kaitlyn Karjala who finished in 63rd place. Sarah Scharr finished in 77th place.
