The Kansas City Royals closed out the season with a walk off 5-4 win over the Minnesota Twins Sunday.
Humberto Arteaga scored on a sacrifice fly to give the Royals the win.
Jorge Soler did hit his 48th home run of the season, giving him the AL home run title.
Whit Merrifield finished with 206 hits to lead the majors.
It was the final game for Manager Ned Yost.
The Royals finished the season 59-103.
