The Emporia High girls tennis team finished in a 3 way tie for 3rd place in their own 8 team invitational Monday.
The doubles team of Koey Keough and Drina Herrarte finished in 3rd place.
The doubles team of Beatriz Ibarra and Alyssa Dix finished in 13th place.
Dayanna Magana finished in 10th place and Kaitlyn Velasquez finished in 12th place in singles play.
Manhattan won the team title. St. James Academy was 2nd. Emporia High tied with Olathe Northwest and Derby. Olathe South was 6th, Wichita Classical 7th and Newton 8th.
It was the final tune up before next weeks Centennial League tournament.
