One man accused of harming a fellow inmate during an altercation at the Lyon County Jail earlier this year could learn his potential trial dates Friday.
Marcel Wamser has a pretrial hearing scheduled at 2 pm in Lyon County District Court.
Wamser faces one count of aggravated battery after an alleged incident at the jail May 21. Authorities say Wamser attacked a second inmate as he left the jail, causing several injuries and prompting treatment at Newman Regional Health afterward.
