Kansas State took an early 3-0 lead against Baylor in their game Saturday but Baylor would scored the next 17 points and the Wildcats never did catch up in 31-12 loss.
Blake Lynch kicked 2 field goals and Skylar Thompson threw a touchdown pass to Dalton Schoen for Kansas State.
Kansas State Coach Chris Klieman said they need to be more consistent offensively.
The Wildcats are now 3-2 for the season and 0-2 in Big-12 play. They will have a bye week next week.
