It’s nearing that time of year again for all things spooky and scary to come and in that spirit, the Neosho Rapids Haunted House is ready for its 28th year of frightening visitors who choose to participate.
This is a fundraising event brought together by many community groups including the Neosho Rapids Lions Club, Fire Department District #5, Neosho Rapids Projects Committee, the Lebo Masonic Lodge, and more for the benefit of their local food pantry.
The Neosho Rapids Haunted House is much more than the standard haunted house fare, says organizer Mary Lou Pearson.
The Haunted House will be in operation on October 12th, 19th, and 26th from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Tickets are $9 for everyone four years and older. Tickets will be discounted $1 with the donation of a canned food item.
