The Emporia High boys soccer team out scored Berean Academy 2-1 Tuesday to improve to 10-3.
Hector Hernandez scored the first goal on an assist from Elijah Williams.
Elijah converted a penalty kick to give the Spartans the lead with 12 minutes to play.
The Spartans will wrap up the regular season next week with matches against Kapaun Mt. Carmel, St. Marys Academy and Junction City.
