The Emporia High football team is down to their final two games of the regular season with a lot to play for.
They will be playing for play-off seedings and a share of the Centennial League title.
The Spartans are in a 4 way tie for 4th place in the 5A West Regional Standings.
They are also in a 4 way tie for first place in the Centennial league, with Manhattan and the next two opponents Topeka High and Junction City.
Emporia High Coach Corby Milleson says for the Spartans the playoffs begin this week.
Friday night the Spartans play Topeka High in Topeka.
