Healthier Lyon County promotes healthy lifestyles with the fifth annual Interactive Health Fest.
The event featured a variety of booths that covered health and fitness topics from martial arts to breastfeeding. Each booth had its own way of providing an interactive learning experience for eventgoers.
Interactive Health Fest Board Member Kalee Ikerd says health fest is important because of how much it teaches every year.
The event also featured a large number of prize drawings that gave away items to guide a healthier lifestyle. Event goer Anton Sandoval says that he hopes to win a cookbook.
