The Emporia State football team is preparing for a showdown with Missouri Western Saturday.
The Hornets are 2-5, the Griffons are 5-2.
Coach Garin Higgins hopes offensively they can pick up where they left off against Central Missouri.
Kick-off is St. Joseph, Missouri is set for 1pm.
