The Emporia State soccer team is ranked 7th in the first central regional rankings.
Central Missouri is ranked number 1 followed by Concordia St. Paul, Minnesota State, Bemidji State, Northeastern State, Augustana then Emporia State.
Mary University and Central Oklahoma round out the top 9.
The top 7 teams will advance to the NCAA Central regional tournament.
The Lady Hornets host Washburn Friday and Nebraska Kearney Sunday to close out the regular season.
