The Emporia State soccer team hosts Washburn Friday afternoon.
Kick-off is set for 3pm on the ESU pitch. The Lady Hornets still have a lot to play for. They are in 7th place in the region rankings. They are in 3rd place in the MIAA standings, having clinched a spot in the MIAA tournament.
For senior Kennedy Hoffman the season has surpassed her expectations.
The Lady Hornets will close out the regular season Sunday when they host Nebraska Kearney.
