The Emporia State Cross Country teams will be running in the Central Regional meet Saturday.
Matthew Maki will be one of the runners for the men.
Sara Schaar will be one of the runners for the Lady Hornets.
The top three teams in each region automatically qualify for the National Championships along with ten at large teams from across the country. The top five individual finishers along with the top two individuals not on an advancing team also qualify for nationals along with eight at large individuals from across the nation.
