An update from state officials will lead off a jam-packed agenda for the Emporia City Commission’s study session Wednesday morning.
Following the update, commissioners will launch into a series of discussions regarding the city of Emporia’s official website, a KDOT paving project at Road 180 and the South Arundel sewer line project.
Additional conversation will focus on city-building and construction regulations, construction on the David Traylor Zoo’s waterfowl pond exhibit and a list of alley maintenance projects within Emporia. Commissioners will also discuss city boards and the remaining action and study sessions for 2019.
The meeting begins at 9:30 am inside city conference room 1AB at White Auditorium.
