One of Emporia’s more recognizable downtown office spaces has sold.
Innovest Corporation is selling the Kress Center at 702 Commercial to Kress LLC. Terms are not being released.
The Kress Center was built in 1929 and went on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. It currently contains a range of business and nonprofit organizations, including Amanda’s Bakery and the United Way of the Flint Hills.
