The Emporia High boys swim and dive team opens their season Thursday. They will be hosting a 9 team meet.
Senior Reed Slayden will begin defense of his State Diving Championship.
Senior Max Piper was a state qualifier last year in the 200 free relay and hopes to build off that finish.
The meet begins at 4pm at Emporia High School.
