USD 251 North Lyon County’s Board of Education will continue discussions about finding a new superintendent during its monthly meeting Wednesday.
Interim Superintendent Mike Mathes is well into the second and final year of his tenure after replacing former superintendent Aron Dody, and the school board began formal discussions about the search process earlier this fall.
In other business, the board will discuss possibly replacing a snow plow truck at Northern Heights High School and will have reports on topics like the agriculture and FFA program and Recreation Commission. One executive session is planned for non-elected personnel matters.
The meeting starts at 7 pm at the board office in Americus.
