Following a series of executive sessions, Lyon County Commissioners closed out their Thursday morning by recognizing numerous employees for their years of service to the county.
During their weekly action session commissioners held four executive sessions, two for legal matters and two for non-elected personnel. Following the conclusion of those sessions, commissioners moved into their annual employee recognition ceremony.
Commissioners recognized a total of 32 employees with two employees receiving recognition for 40 years of service.
The Lyon County Commission will hold its weekly action session next Thursday at 8 am inside the Lyon County Courthouse.
