The Emporia High basketball teams close out the Pre-Christmas schedule Friday night. They will be hosting Topeka West.
Emporia High girls Coach Carolyn Dorsey says West will offer several challenges.
Sophomore Gracie Gilpin says the keys to winning the game have not changed for the Lady Spartans.
Emporia High boys Coach Beau Welch says they cannot afford to give up easy transition baskets to Topeka West.
Junior Charles Snyder says they need to stick together as a team.
Game times are 6pm for the girls followed by the boys game at 7:30pm.
Both games will be broadcast on KVOE 1400AM/96.9FM.
