A Lyon County highway intersection partially closed for several days after a semi crash has fully reopened.
The Lyon County Highway Department opened Roads 240 and L at their junction with Kansas Highway 99 on Monday. The full intersection closed after a semi carrying wind turbine equipment went off K-99 and rolled Thursday morning.
K-99 reopened by Thursday evening, but wintry weather Friday and over the weekend delayed the full opening of the intersection.
