Jaime Echenique scored 19 points and grabbed a team-high eight rebounds for Wichita State, which won its ninth-straight game and now sits alone in first place as the American Athletic Conference’s lone unbeaten at 3-0. The Shockers are now 15-1 for the season. They play at Temple on Wednesday.
