The Emporia High basketball teams return to action Tuesday night. They will be hosting Manhattan.
The Emporia High girls and Manhattan are both 2-2 in Centennial League play. Emporia High Junior Emily Christensen is hoping their hard work begins to pay-off.
The Manhattan boys are ranked number 2 in class 6A tied for 1st place with a 3-1 record in the Centennial League. Emporia High is just a game back at 2-2.
Emporia High Junior Hunter Hines says he is looking forward to the challenge.
Game Times at Emporia High are 6pm for the girls and 7:30 for the boys.
The games will be broadcast on MIX 104.9 due to KU basketball.
