Animal Planet’s annual Puppy Bowl will kick off here soon with a sweepstake that could greatly benefit the Humane Society of the Flint Hills.
The Puppy Bowl sweepstakes is giving away $1,000 to a registered animal shelter. Humane Society Director Caitlin Flood gives some background on the giveaway.
Viewers can enter the Humane Society of the Flint Hills into this giveaway by going to the Animal Planet website – www.animalplanet.com/puppy-bowl-sweeps, submitting their email, and then filling out the corresponding form that is emailed to them. Participants are allowed to submit one entry per day until the drawing is announced on Feb. 5.
Flood encourages as many people as possible to submit the Humane Society’s name into the sweepstake so they have the greatest chance to win as possible – partially because the capacity the Emporia Animal Shelter is very high at the moment.
