The second superintendent candidate for USD 251 North Lyon County has been announced.
Robert Blair, the current superintendent at USD 114 Riverside, has a meet-and-greet session with the public and district personnel at 4 pm followed by a formal interview at 5:30 pm. Both will be at the district board office in Americus.
Blair’s interview follows an interview date with Olpe High Principal Shane Clark on Wednesday. Additional interviews are coming Jan. 27 and Jan. 29.
The district is looking for the successor to Mike Mathes, who is ending his two-year term as interim superintendent in June.
