The Emporia High girls basketball team finished in 3rd place in the Glaciers Edge tournament after their 47-27 win over Great Bend Saturday.
The Lady Spartans scored the games first 15 points and never trailed. Mya Tovar scored a team high 12 points as ten Lady Spartans scored. Coach Carolyn Dorsey said it was a good tournament for the Emporia High girls.
Wichita Heights won the championship game out scoring Washburn Rural 56-34.
Hutchinson won the 5th place game 46-38 over Goddard Eisenhower.
Wichita South won the 7th place game 64-21 over Life Prep.
